My professional experiences operating at the national level of education policies coupled with running my own institute in the past and years of teaching experience has given me a broad understanding of education system in Zambia. I know a good school when I visit one. When I first visited Springfields, I could feel the values driven culture here and a thriving multicultural student population that embodies the social fabric of Zambia. Springfields is a good school and its my privilege to serve this vibrant community.

We emphasise on two major things here, the Academic Journey where the students build their knowledge and skills and the Personal Journey where they build their personality and character.We are a small school where we try our best to give our best.
